Who is Jesse James Rice? Jesse's an LA-based actor who's performed Improv in LA for over 5 years, and has had lots of one on one training in Shakespeare, Voice, and Method Acting.

JESSE will be performed an original work at the REDCAT theatre in Downtown LA on August 5th,6th, and 7th this summer. Check it out here.

JESSE starred in a world premiere LIBBY LARSEN opera/performance art piece "Billy the Kid", in November 2010. Orignial Cast recording coming soon! Read an LATimes article about the librettist, Philip Littell here.

JESSE was "Michael" in the WORLD PREMIERE musical which just closed, "The Bedroom Window", at the Odyssey Theatre. Orignial Cast recording in the works. Check it out here.

JESSE was a lead in the webseries "High Fashion", in which he plays the eccentric, emotionally unstable artist "Davy". See photos from the set here.

JESSE is in the powerful short film, "CHANGE", which has already won many festival awards, about the day Barak Obama was elected president as seen through the eyes of an African-American High School Student, Produced by Melissa Osborne. See more here.

JESSE is in a music video for the Los Angeles Band, "Letting Go Despite Great Faults", who played South by Southwest Music Festival 2010! Watch it here.

JESSE wrapped a production of "Dog Sees God" by Burt V. Royal at the Lounge Theatre, as "Beethoven" - the outcast and pianist. It was Directed by Michael Dias for Urban Theatre Movement. With a GO from LAWeekly and many great reviews, the show played to sold-out houses and it was a blast! See photos from the production here.

JESSE was in the cast of "A Prayer for my Daughter" for Crown City Theatre Company. After amazing reviews, the show was extended several times, and Jesse was nominated for 2 LAWeekly Theatre awards. Wrapped April 10th.

JESSE is in the upcoming Feature Film, "The Last Act", the heist/drama film set in Los Angeles directed by Mario Amadieu. See more here.
